Understanding Uncertainty to Reduce Climate Risks
NERC Centre for Doctoral Training
This is a list of projects starting in 2026. 40 projects are currently advertised, however, only 12-15 are likely to recruit a student.
***Please note that these projects are intended for students starting in 2026. The application process has now CLOSED.***
New projects will be advertised for 2027 entry. The new project descriptions will be uploaded in October 2026.
Because UNRISK encourages project co-development and the shaping of projects around student interests, the supervisory teams of many projects are not yet finalised. All students will be co-supervised by at least two supervisors.
